3 pieces of ketupat and beef rendang. The food was good but mom's rendang is way better.hehe. Unbelievable. I never thought I would be eating ketupat in a restaurant! Recommended to all ketupat palas lovers :-D

Mixed grill; beef, lamb, crab with black pepper sauce, fries and chicken potato soup. Not bad ;-)

Ramadan buffet at The Coast Southwest Grill

The Coast Southwest Grill, Alamanda Putrajaya

Among some of the notable buffet dishes were, nasi briyani and roasted chicken, barbecue sausage, lamb, chicken and shrimp. White rice, lemon chicken, beef padprik, sotong Madras, lemon fish, Japanese beancurd, mushroom soup, traditional porridge, rojak buah, Raya cookies, fruit punch, sirap limau and teh tarik and desserts etc.

Overall, not too bad. It's quite worth the money I would say.

I had buka puasa with my office colleagues at Bangsar Village. We planned to go to Pizza Hut, but settled for Marco's Pizza instead. Not too bad I would say. But Pizza Hut is definitely better. :D

Prince Court Medical Centre

The majestic six star Prince Court Medical Centre! It's also Malaysia newest medical centre. Lucky my sister. She's been staying there for 4 days already after giving birth to her new baby boy. All covered by Petronas! How wonderful. And I'm officially an uncle now! So what would baby Adam be calling me? Pak Ngah? Pak Su? or Uncle jelah. :p

Grilled chicken kebab

I had kebab for lunch at the Lebanese Restaurant, Jalan Sultan Ismail (near Bukit Bintang). The taste was ok but I think Arabic food in Malaysia is a lil tad expensive.

Roti Mat Salai

This is 'Roti Mat Salai'. Situated by the roadside near Mobil petrol station in SS 14 Subang Jaya. This is perhaps the most beautifully designed burger stall that I've seen so far. Haven't tasted the Roti Mat Salai yet though.

Beautiful Botanical Garden. The architecture is heavily influenced by the Moorish architecture in Spain and the carvings is just simply amazing.

Carl's Junior burger!

At last, after recommendation from some friends and review on the Internet I finally tasted the Carl's Junior burger! For all the hype about Carl's Junior's burgers, I think there's really nothing much to shout about. I would say it is just as good as Burger King. But almost double the price, though.

Fatih The Conqueror at Central Market, Kuala Lumpur

..New black t-shirt on a printer (Kaya Grafik, Central Market). This is one of my passion - printing my own t-shirt. I was told that this is the latest technology in garment printing. Their printing machine too, is still very new, barely 6 months old. It can print your design from computer straight to your shirt! Note that this is not some ugly iron on kinda thing. I think it's reasonable if you want to print on a small quantity. The man in the shirt above is Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih (The Conqueror) of the Ottoman Empire. The conqueror of Constantinople (now Istanbul) in 1453.

Nutrisari - orange and honey flavoured instant drink. Bought it from Banda Aceh, Indonesia. I wonder whether such flavoured drink is available in Malaysia?

SS2 Murni Restaurant, Petaling Jaya

Seafood fried rice at SS2 Murni restaurant. Look at the sea shells above. That was something unexpected. heheh. They also offer other wide variety of weird menus, i.e. roti Hawaiian, nasi goreng Maryland, Mee Raja and drinks like 'Pink Panther', 'I love you' and many more.

Puti Bungsu Batam Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur

This was the first time i tasted real Nasi Padang in Malaysia. The uniqueness of Nasi Padang is not only in the food, but also in the manner it is being served.
